A general outline of the attacks happening on cyber space and the emerging "politically motivated attacks" on information and information systems which are referred to as "CYBER WARFARE" will be discussed. Typical scenario of the overview of how the cyberspace is being shared in India and the attacks happening in the cyberspace will be discussed. Metrics which account to ensuring security among the users and the policies framed with respect to the different places will be identified. The pros and cons of the security solutions offered via various mechanisms will be discussed. The session will be handled by renowed experts from the respective domains.
